In recent years, in order to meet the increasingly improved requirements of imaging of the optical system, there are more and more applications of complex optical systems, which also demands higher on the installation, calibration, test capacity and integrity. Dedicated eccentricity tester, focumeter and other test instruments have been very mature, and have very good testing capacity. But these dedicated instruments cannot meet the requirements of comprehensive test in efficiency, test capacity and test effectiveness. In this context, we developed OptAIM Station lens test workstation.
Based on high-precision photoelectric auto-collimation technology, elaborate servo control technology and precision flotation technology, OptAIM Station adopts the operating mode of upper and lower test axle, and can test the upper and lower optical lens simultaneously. The test efficiency is greatly increased when used in complex multi-lens optical systems. Besides conventional eccentric adjustment, focal length and curvature tests, the system can also measure the eccentricity of the lens group and retest the calibrated lens group with an additional angular transducer under the algorithm developed by our company. In particular, the eccentric adjustment can be completed by adjusting the upper and lower lens for once.
OptMaster, an application software exclusively used in OptAIM Station, integrates the most commonly used functions of OptAIM Station, such as eccentricity test, focal length test, radius of curvature test, etc., and is provided with relevant data manipulation port. With built-in software parameter settings, OptMaster is easy to use. Besides, the software also has the functions of real-time display of biaxial targets, automatic image location, MTF target determination, and test result listing presentation. It can perfectly assist the testers to complete related tests.
